    In a number of presentations with the same title, we will illustrate how to use basic theory of weak sharp minima to study error bound constants for convex differentiable inequality systems. In particular, we will outline an approach in

establishing sharp error bound constants for convex quadratic inequality systems.

讲座人简介：

   Sien Deng, 美籍华人，现在是美国北伊利诺伊大学（ Northern Illinois University）应用数学系教授，Deng教授在数学规划领域有着很深的造诣，在优化方向的顶级期刊《Mathematical Programming》、《Siam Journal on Optimization》和《Siam Journal on Control and Optimization》等期刊上发表多篇有影响力的学术性文章。
